Catering that
travels well.
Office lunches, shift meals, weddings, birthdays and community events. Hot trays of tandoori, curry and biryani built from our regular menu — cooked the morning of, packed to hold heat, delivered across the Leduc and Nisku corridor.
Built around the headcount.
Everything comes off the same menu we serve in the restaurant. What changes is the format, the packaging and how long it needs to hold.
Office & Shift Meals
Nisku shops, airport operations, dealerships and offices around Leduc. Individually boxed or in trays with serving spoons, delivered for a set time. Vegetarian portions counted separately so nobody gets left out.
Parties & Birthdays
A tandoori platter, two or three curries, rice, a stack of naan and a dessert. Enough variety that picky eaters find something, without a menu so long the food goes cold waiting to be served.
Weddings & Large Events
Full multi-course Indian service — appetizers, tandoori, meat and vegetarian mains, biryani, breads and sweets. Book early and we will sit down and plan the menu properly rather than pick from a list.
Funeral & Community
Gurdwara, temple and community-hall catering, and food for families receiving visitors. Vegetarian-only menus available. Short notice handled where we can — call and ask.
Meeting Lunches
Smaller and faster — our lunch combos scaled up, boxed individually with a label so a room of ten can eat in fifteen minutes and get back to it.
Raw & Self-Catered
Doing the cooking yourself? Take marinated meat by the tray from our meat counter and run your own grill. We prep, you cook.
Cooked the
morning of.
Catering food is usually made the night before and reheated, which is exactly why it tastes like catering. Ours comes off the same line as the restaurant service, on the day, and goes straight into insulated trays.
That limits how far ahead we can take an order — but it is the difference between food people eat and food people finish.
A format that
actually works.
After enough events you learn what survives a chafing dish and what does not. This is the shape we recommend, and the one most groups land on anyway:
- ▲One tandoori item. Chicken tikka or seekh kebab. Travels well, eats without cutlery, and disappears first.
- ▲Two curries — one mild, one with heat. Butter chicken carries the room; put a karahi or vindaloo beside it for the people who want it.
- ▲One vegetarian main that stands alone. Dal makhni or paneer — a real dish, not a side, so vegetarians get a proper plate.
- ▲Rice and biryani, not just rice. Biryani is a main in its own right and stretches the headcount.
- ▲Naan, counted generously. Everyone underestimates bread. Order more than you think.
- ▲Raita and salad. Cheap, cooling, and the thing people reach for when a dish is hotter than expected.
How we quote
and deliver.
- ▲Pricing comes off the menu. Catering is priced from our regular menu prices by tray size — no separate inflated catering rate.
- ▲Give us 48 hours where you can. Larger events need more. Short notice is sometimes possible — call and we will tell you honestly.
- ▲Delivery across the corridor. Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, Calmar and south Edmonton. Pickup is always an option.
- ▲Tell us about allergies up front. Several dishes contain nuts or dairy. We will flag what is safe and label the trays.
- ▲Cooked the morning of. Not the night before and reheated. It is the whole reason it tastes like the restaurant.
Tell us about your event.
The more detail you give us, the more useful the quote. We reply within one business day — or call (825) 203-6767 if it is urgent.
Prefer to talk it through? Call (825) 203-6767 — often faster than email for a big event.
Asked often.
Do you cater in Leduc, Nisku and Beaumont?
Yes — we deliver catering across Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, Calmar and south Edmonton, and we are five minutes from Edmonton International Airport for airport-area events. Pickup from #121, 4812E 43A Avenue is always available.
How much notice do you need?
Forty-eight hours is comfortable for most orders. Weddings and events over eighty people need longer — a week or more if you can. For short notice, call (825) 203-6767 and we will tell you straight away whether the kitchen can take it.
What does Indian catering cost per person?
It depends entirely on the menu and headcount, so we quote rather than publish a flat rate. Catering is priced from our normal menu prices by tray size — we do not run a separate marked-up catering price list. Send the form above with your guest count and we will come back with real numbers.
Can you do fully vegetarian or vegan catering?
Yes. We have fourteen vegetarian mains plus vegetarian appetizers, street food, biryani and breads — enough for a complete menu with no meat at all. Several are dairy-free; tell us if you need strictly vegan and we will build around it.
Do you provide serving equipment and staff?
Trays come with serving utensils. For chafing dishes, warmers or on-site staff, mention it in your enquiry — we will tell you what we can provide directly and what is easier to rent locally.
Can we taste the food before booking a large event?
Please do. Come in and eat off the regular menu first — it is the same kitchen and the same recipes. For weddings and large bookings, call ahead and we will arrange a proper tasting.
